Kitimat knows how to celebrate a birthday! Starting on June 18th with the Kitimat Valley Run/Walk Festival, the festivities continue all the  way to July 1st, when the Riverlodge Fireworks finishes things off. Join fellow Kitimatians as we celebrate the birth of our Nation ~ Canada turns 149!

Kitimat has always been the focal point of July 1st celebrations. Join us in the many events leading up to July 1st as we celebrate Canada’s 149th Birthday!
